The successful completion of the course (categories 3a & 3b) allows our Project Managers to operate mobile vertical platforms and mobile articulated boom machines. After completion of the full day's training, including a full theory test and practical assessment, each Project Manager now carries a Smart Pal ID card and an IPAF logbook, which will have an accurate record of experience gained and types of machinery that they have operated.
Our successful training and development, doesn’t stop at technical machinery, all of our Project Managers are now also fully First Aid at Work trained. Each Project Manager participated and passed a three-day course, which included a written examination, verbal questioning and full practical demonstration of patient assessment and CPR.
