We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Client Account Director to join our leadership team and accelerate the company’s growth.

Role Overview

Job Title: Client Account Director
Location: UK / Europe
Contract: Full-time

As Client Account Director, you will take ownership of our commercial strategy, identifying new revenue streams, developing strategic partnerships, and elevating TechPro Events’ presence in the AV hire and event project management sector. Working closely with the senior management team, you will drive sales performance, shape service offerings, and secure long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy tailored to the audio-visual and event management market
  • Source, target, and secure new business opportunities with corporate clients, agencies, and venues
  • Expand and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring a high level of service and repeat business
  • Lead tender responses, proposals, costings, and presentations to maximise conversion and profitability
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market
  • Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team with clear performance objectives
  • Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to promote TechPro Events Limited
  • Work collaboratively with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in senior business development or commercial roles within AV hire, event production, or technical event services
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions confidently
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven mindset
  • Experience in managing and developing a successful sales function
