Back for its 10th year, the 2019 Conference and Incentive Travel (C&IT) Agency Forum is the industry’s flagship event and Belfast is the exciting location for this annual gathering of senior event professionals from the agency world.
And to ensure we make the right connections and are on hand to explain to everyone what’s new in the world of video, audio and lighting, the TechPro team of Mike Foyle (Event Services Director) and me, (Tracy Armstrong, Marketing Manager) will be heading over the water on July 31.
The four-day event offers attendees valuable insight into the latest trends, offering interesting, unique and useful content ideas, that agencies can look to include in events for their clients.
For TechPro, it’s not just a great opportunity to hear some of the most senior event agency figures discuss the key challenges and issues facing the events industry, but a chance to remind everyone that successful live events require an AV services partner that can be trusted to deliver; every time.
Centre of attention
It’s interesting that to celebrate the 10th anniversary of an event usually held in London, the organisers have decided to do something extra special and transport everyone to Belfast, a truly engaging city by all accounts and one we’re excited to see first-hand.
TechPro has attended a number of the C&IT forum events over the last 12 months and it’s great that the industry is becoming slightly less London-centric in its thinking. There are great agencies and great service providers like TechPro, right across the country and moving the forum around makes perfect sense.
The forum’s main programmes will take place at the Belfast International Conference Centre, with additional social events booked for Titanic Belfast, the Grand Central Hotel and a street party in the heart of the Cathedral Quarter – food, drink and lovely event agency types, what’s not to love!
It’s only when we attend events like these that we begin to really understand the challenges faced by live event agencies and how service providers like TechPro can take away problems.
Once appointed to provide audio, lighting and video services for any live event, large or small, for a few hours or several days, our clients can focus on keeping their clients happy, safe in the knowledge, TechPro will ensure another flawless delivery.
If you’re going to be in Belfast, let us know; it would be great to meet up and discuss the year ahead and the events you are planning. If you’re not going, but would still like to know more about how TechPro can help you deliver a successful live event, please get in touch.
