Sponsoring the C&IT Awards
The event is the Conference & Incentive Travel (C&IT) Awards presentation & dinner, the venue is the 5-star London Hilton on Park Lane, the date is Friday 20th September. And once again, TechPro is supporting the industry, this time by sponsoring the Pharma & Healthcare Event of the Year Award.
TechPro is regularly the AV services provider of choice for live event agencies working with leading global pharmaceutical and healthcare brands, so it was a natural choice to sponsor this category.
The judging was completed on August 5, with a host of industry luminaries, including Julia Charles-Wiginton, Esther Clark, Scott Cullather and Rob Morgan gathering in London to assess the quality of the entries.
The shortlist for all the categories have been announced, with the UK’s leading live event agencies vying for the top prizes. In the Pharma & Healthcare category sponsored by TechPro, the gold medal will go to either Ashfield Meetings & Events, Redactive or Touch Associates.
Raising Awareness
TechPro has built a reputation as a trusted partner of event agencies for the flawless delivery of live events, but typically our work is in the background away from the spotlights.
Which is why it’s important for us to show our support for the industry through sponsorship of events like this, particularly when many of our clients have a chance to take home an award. It is also an opportunity to maintain the momentum of brand awareness we have achieved this year.
We understand how the recognition of an agency’s efforts in front of their peers, at awards nights like this, is important in encouraging event professionals to innovate and continue to improve the quality of the live events they deliver.
And having recently experienced first-hand the competitive nature of event agencies, nothing will drive them to do better than seeing a competitor walk off with one of the industry’s leading awards.
Taking a Table
For TechPro, it’s not just good enough to be a sponsor, it’s important we’re in the room to meet up with existing contacts and also to make new connections from leading live event agencies.
We have a table booked and we’re finalising our guestlist, but suffice to say the team of TechPro Event Services Director Mike Foyle and me, (Tracy Armstrong, Marketing Manager) will be there on the night to cheer all the agencies on. And maybe enjoy a glass of champagne or two!
