Following the recent additions of our Barco E2 Gen 2 and Panasonic PTZ camera suite, we’re continuing to expand our capabilities with equipment designed to solve the practical challenges our clients face every day.
30 × ASUS TUF Gaming A16 laptops now in
Our hire fleet has been upgraded with 30 identical ASUS TUF Gaming A16 laptops, designed for productions that require reliability and consistency at scale.
Each unit is powered by an AMD Ryzen™ 9 8940HX processor, delivering 16 cores and 32 threads of processing power. This level ensures smooth operation even when running demanding presentation software, complex data visualisation tools, or resource-intensive creative applications simultaneously.
Built to military-grade durability standards (MIL-STD-810H) and equipped with 90Wh batteries, these machines are engineered to perform under pressure without having to rely on external power. This extended battery capacity provides operational freedom when productions have limited power distribution or where mobility is essential.
The advantages of a matched fleet become apparent when you’re deploying technology across multiple areas. This requires consistency, and not just the aesthetic kind. In order for these productions to be professional, performance needs to be predictable with simplified technical support, and the ability to swap units seamlessly if needed.
When every laptop delivers identical capabilities and runs the same configurations, your technical team can focus on the event, rather than troubleshooting device-specific issues. A matched machine fleet ensures consistency and confidence across every production environment.
Yamaha DM3 digital mixing consoles and additional Rio I/O racks
Another addition to our hire stock is the Yamaha DM3 digital mixing console and additional Rio I/O racks, bringing powerful, flexible audio solutions without the footprint.
The Yamaha DM3 is a compact digital mixer featuring 16 inputs, 8 outputs, and 96kHz audio capability. Its 9-inch touchscreen keeps operation intuitive and efficient – whether you’re mixing live sound, streaming, or recording. Despite being relatively small in size, the DM3 delivers the processing power and routing flexibility expected of much larger desks.
The integration of the Rio I/O racks makes this particularly valuable for complex productions. These units use Dante networking to place audio inputs and outputs exactly where they’re needed, delivering seamless, scalable audio coverage across any venue. Rather than running long cable runs from a central mixing position, Rio racks allow you to position connectivity strategically throughout the space, without losing out on digital audio quality or centralised control.
Previous use of these racks have proven particularly effective in multi-room conferences, exhibitions with distributed audio zones, or venues where traditional cabling would be impractical. The Dante protocol ensures low-latency, high-quality audio transmission over standard network infrastructure, whilst the modular approach scales the system to match your specific requirements.
For our clients, this means flawless sound, even in complex or space-restricted environments. This setup prioritises precision and helps create an immersive experience for your audience, regardless of your event complexities.
Technology that allows you to do more
